well i'll try and not be a dick with this comment.............. i wold suggest getting better equipment like a faster computer, a digital draw pad, scanner ect. my next thing would be to art lessens to improve you drawing skills or take a animation class that would help you animate your flashes better. hop you do better because i see you have some talent (vary little but there all the same) so good luck.
Find a good tutorial on the internet, and do what it says. When you think you got enough practice, make an actual game/movie (Use your original idea), and upload it. And take your time. Don't rush or it won't look good in the end.
Frame by frame lip sinc - re-draw he mouth evertime, and try to make it as good loking as possible. Make sure to find a sound to sinc too. good luck!

I'm not a flash artist, and I possible have no right to comment, but in my inexpert oppinion
1) Making a GOOD flash takes a fair bit of time and effort. If you made something in 15 minutes, you can probably work out that its not going to be upt os nuff. On that note, focus on 1 good flash, instead of loads of lame flashes. While spammers like having 300 flashes, ultimately no one really cares about a huge quantity of worthless flashes, and would care a lot more about 1 decent flash
2) Watch your movies before you submit them and imagine yourself the average newgrounds browser. If you came across this flash, would you think its good compared to non spam flash?
3) If a flash movie gets blammed, instead of racing to resubmit it, and hoping spammers, crews or save whores force it through the portal, think about WHY it was blamed and work on that. If you just hope a flash movie will pass because people won't care about the flash and will just prss 5 like a blind monkey, its not going to be liked even if it gets on the website.
Yeah.. its a lot of time, effort and hassle. I can understand ify ou thin its a bit much. Its pretty much the reason I don't make flash, but their you go.

taking classes is always effective
start at the basics: draw a lot, make flashes and get used to the program, decide on a style, work with everything available to see what you're interested in or good at or both :3, and finally, be willing to put a lot of time in to get a good flash :3 good shit doesn't happen overnight unless the flasher has been flashing (lol) for ages *COUGHCOUGHexplosmCOUGHCOUGH*

Bud, you need to put more than 15 minutes or even a day into a flash. 15 minutes will get you nowhere. Pm me and I'll help you, and look at my review on the stickman jump you made, if it'll help. Trust me, I am no hater. I LOVE helping flash artists out. No, I have no movies on Newgrounds, but I know how to use flash. I'd just rather post movies where 99% of people aren't haters.
